I get it. It's fun to all gang up and make fun of the person that's different, and may be scares you and makes you uncomfortable because her ideas are different, she's not white nor a man.
But stupid? That's the angle ya'll working?
MIT Lincoln Library had an asteroid named after her for her work in microbiology research project on the effect of antioxidants on the lifespan of the nematode C. elegans. Do any of you know what an "antioxidant" is, or a "nematode C. elegan"?
She graduated d cum laude from Boston University's College of Arts and Sciences in 2011, majoring in international relations and economics. How many of ya'll have degrees, let alone a cum laude title?
At the age of 29 she was elected to CONGRESS. What were most of you doing at 29 years old?
Now, I'm NOT saying I agree with all of her politics. I don't. I do like her tenacity, and wish more of our elected officials had that. She doesn't care who she rubs the wrong way, and she does what she thinks is right even if it is out of step with her own party.
However, when you call her stupid, I don't see an attack on her... I see how uninformed you are.

We're hoping that the ultimate in irony doesn't happen, that Asteroid Ocasio-Cortez isn't the one that kills the Earth.

Well, she may have a degree. She may have done some interesting theoretical work with antioxidents and nematodes. But if she is not stupid, why does she insist on saying stupid things?
