Delmar- The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for 17-year-old Tackoma Toomey of Delmar who was reported missing on April 10, 2019 and last seen at approximately 11:00 a.m. at Delmar High School.
Tackoma is 5’02” tall, 110 lbs., with blue eyes and brown hair.
Attempts to locate Tackoma have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for her safety and welfare.
