Clinton associate Mark Penn warned presidential hopefuls not to discount former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s chances of running again in the 2020 contest, in a Monday appearance on “Fox & Friends.”
“Do not underestimate Hillary’s positioning to run again,” Penn declared, echoing a Sundaycolumn arguing the same in the Wall Street Journal. “Clintons never stop until they get where they want to go.”
“Get ready for Hillary Clinton 4.0. More than 30 years in the making, this new version of Mrs. Clinton, when she runs for president in 2020, will come full circle — back to the universal-health-care-promoting progressive firebrand of 1994,” Penn wrote with Democratic pollster Andrew Stein in TheWSJ.
Penn laid out in his column his belief that Clinton would not run again immediately in the 2020 election, but would feel called to the ballot when other contemporary hopefuls fail to rise to the occasion.

Clinton / bush 2020 LOL.
holy crap, I'd love to see a second trump term. please, Hillary, run.
Warns them. That is a heck of a warning. Fair out better with tornado warnings. Much more pleasant.
You fail to understand, she has finally figured out how to rig election....
The old bag just can't stand that she is not President and isn't going away gracefully, but then she doesn't know that word or what it means.
I guess dead folks can vote for dead candidates. Happened in Vegas
