I thought Delaware had passed a law against prosecution for theft from unoccupied produce stands.

I have seen the truck on old 13. Coming out of Delmar. White trash mfs. If l see them again l can assure you l will recover the stolen produce or the equivalent value. I will forward it to Joe. MAGA

A couple of low life local Delaware boys. DSP will have them soon.

Nice video for a farm stand. You'd think that local banks and retail businesses would pony up for something as good, but they mostly don't.

Out of curiosity how does the law work for honor boxes and fruit stands? Is it the same as if you stole from a vending machine?

It's kinda hard to tell when the camera is up so high above. If it was down lower, you could see their faces better.

Stealing is stealing. Each piece of fruit is worth money for the time and effort it took to grow it, pick it, display it and watch for idiots like these. This is a retail establishment and this is shoplifting.
