Dog Found 5-14-18: UPDATE

Dog found at the intersection of Carroll and Waverly yesterday (Sunday May 14th). As calm and healthy as this dog is the owners are surely looking for him. If we don't hear anything by lunchtime we'll sadly have to take him to the humane society. (814) 933-6365
