The ultimate indicator of personal economic confidence is the determination to perpetuate the species and have children. The chart below shows annual US births from 1910 through 2017 and it is estimated there were 3.84 million births in 2017, nearly a hundred thousand fewer than in 2016.
The 2017 figure is also nearly a half million fewer than the late 1950's baby boom era peak and likewise below the subsequent mid 2000's double peak. The 2017 figure is also nearly six hundred thousand below the Census estimates provided as recently as 2000 and 2008.

Small businesses continue to struggle with policies put in by Obama.
Gosh darn, who knew except all of us?
7:05 Small businesses in other areas of the country are doing great. The problem is HERE. Look around. Would you hire most of the people you see on a daily basis? No good workers, no one with educations, no good jobs and no one with money to spend.

Wrong. All small business (as a concept) is under attack by communist
Men in general have never recovered from this economic recession. Fewer men are getting married or settling down to have children. I've been seeing this addressed in the news. Fox News with Tucker Carlson his been taking about this. The lack of fathers in the family and lack of couples getting Married.
The crisis is especially apparent in young men of all races. Most young men under the age of 25 are either working part time or not at all. For those with College expenses, they are, like my sons, still living with us at home to help pay this off working the few jobs they can find that are hiring.
Women today are less interested in marriage. Both sides want to do their own things. Both are immature and selfish. I think they will pay for this decision later in life.
no, most women are not interested in marrying immature men that live with mom and dad They're not selfish, just wise.
