House damage $50,000 ??? Bet the insurance co does not settle for that much

Insurance fraud (if there's insurance on it). There is no way that abandoned, dilapidated house is / was worth $50,000.00. It is a liability to the land that it sits on.

Vacant boarded up house that catches on fire in the attic. Sounds fishy, to me.
