This is the same picture all up and down Rt. 13.
Joe, The State Highway Administration is the worst by far! I had a business that included snow removal and the State trucks &/or the "Contractor" would plow the commercial properties entrances shut after we had plowed! I finally had had enough after years of vcleaning up thier mess all over the Easternshore. I instructed my plow operators to push it back out onto the shoulder of the road and the SHA threatened to have me arrested! I won't say what I told them let's just say I called thier bluff!
Take the fine and pic to Day and tell him to go pound sand.
Why don't we fine the Mayor for not clearing municipal sidewalks? People are walking in the streets because the city isn't doing their job. And why is business 13 so poorly plowed? Day is just incompetent.
Absolutely Refuse to pay this fine....
State Highway does a Great Job under the circumstances. Period
If they have been fined I would recommend that they go to court and fight it. I know for a fact that the Salisbury Code Enforcement officers have a horrible track record in court. They lose most of their cases and if you don't believe me pull up one of their names and check it on the Maryland Judiciary Case Search.
