The feds were wrong, compounded their wrong and are now covering up their wrongs. The judge that can't see this or refuses to acknowledge it is in violation of the oath.
There are serious conflicts between State rights and Federal overreach that made the Federales think they were Gods and could push any agenda they wanted. States retain rights under the 10A.
This will indeed be an interesting day, and may lead to Trump getting involved if it doesn't go Constitutionally.
