CBS has finally found a replacement for disgraced ex-anchor of 'This Morning' Charlie Rose roughly six weeks after cutting ties with him.
John Dickerson, anchor and moderator of 'Face the Nation' is set to take Rose's spot aside Norah O'Donnell and Gayle King on the popular morning show, the network confirmed Tuesday.
Rose was ousted from the network on November 21 after it was revealed that he'd been accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct in the workplace.
'John's impressive track record and strong all-around journalism extends our commitment to real news coverage every morning at CBS News,' network president David Rhodes said when he made the announcement.
The 49-year-old will start on Wednesday, January 10.
