Here are some questions and something that the taxpayers of Salisbury should know.
On Wednesday morning, January 24, 2018, around 9 AM or so, I was on my way to a doctors appointment at a DC hospital and a white Salisbury City car went flying by me just past the town of Easton. I was doing about 65 MPH so I would guess that this City car was doing approximately 80 MPH. I am LEO so I can give a good estimate of speed. It looked like a White Ford Edge with those silly looking Jake Day family colors on the stripes. The car also had a city seal and Local Government tags. When I caught up with her at the next stop light near the area I inched up on the passenger side and looked into the window. It appeared to be driven by Julia Glanz, Salisbury City Administrator. I also paced her at speeds between 75 to 85 in a 55 MPH zone to the next stop light near the Outlets. She wasn't even aware that I was behind her. What I would like to know and the citizens of Salisbury need to know is why she was driving at dangerously high speeds through the town and even faster on the highway. She is a liability to the City and the citizens. She could have killed herself and/or innocent victims of these counties she was driving through.
This needs to be exposed and the Citizens have to know about it. I hope you post this because I would love to see what kind of excuse she has for putting lives in Jeopardy. Where was she going in such a hurry? She is also a liability to the City's insurance company and probably shouldn't be driving City vehicles.

I would ask the author of this who states he is a Law Enforcement Officer why he too risked killing himself and others in his pursuit of the SBY car rather than calling local authorities and alerting them to the dangerous situation in their county?
Thank you for this! I am sick and tired of the "entitlement" attitude that Fake Day and his minions have brought to the City of Salisbury. I was raised in Salisbury and remember being proud to tell people that I was from there unti The Daily Slimes, Barrie Tilghman, Salisbury City Council, Jim Ireton,Julia Glanz and now the snowflakes led by their narcisistic mayor FAKE DAY! I now tell people I am from the Easternshore near Ocean City. I am ashamed of the sewer that Salisbury has become and that is why I not only moved from Salisbury we left the State of Maryland. Salisbury is in a death spiral as is Wicomico county and the end of of it all is near! Bob Culver has been a bright shining light and if he doesn't get an opportunity to work with an honest county council whose members don't talk out of both sides of their mouths and a REAL Mayor along with a Salisbury city council who operate with the best interest of those who have a financial interest in the future
I fear the "Little Baltimore" thugs, snowflakes and slumlords will continue to take the whole county to a point of no return.
I once posted a comment here during the Tilghman years that "If God gave the world an enema he stick the nozzle up Salisbury's ASS" I fear that the time has come to cleanse Salisbury as only a miricale will save it now!

What do you expect? Glantz is nothing but a sucker. She sucks off society and will never be anything more then a drain. She's such a loser she can't even take her own vehicle. She speeds because democrats are nasty people. They don't care if they risk another's life. They willingly sacrifice their own children for their own agenda. Horrid rank people who admit this themselves. Nasty and gross.

The one thing I don't understand is Mr Culver's failure to call these people out and stake a public position.

Ditto 6:42, I also started referring to my Salisbury residence as near O.C. and it started about the same time that you referenced.
What are we to expect of this minion when she is supervised by a person that was exposed for constant speeding violations, when he campaigned (unopposed-lol) for the job. Does he respect rules and regulations while employed by a military outfit? Sucking out of the government trough day and night.

January 26, 2018 at 8:04 AM The line has been drawn in the sand! Notice that during our last snow event thecity of Salisbury was exposed as a joke in their efforts to rid the city of snow? That the county trucks went through the city with blades up? THE LINE HAS BEEN DRAWN!
The LEO was just jealous someone else doing what he does all the time
Your message is concise and well done for exposing this to all citizens of Salisbury. We all should be as diligent and report these people no one is above the law. I hope she gets a large fine, and points at the very least.
Seems that all drivers of town, county, and state owned vehicles think that they are above the traffic laws. Worcester county deputies are the worst offenders when it comes to speeding when they are not responding to a call. Maybe the next sheriff will slow them down and requires them to obey speed limits like everyone else
This coming from a profession that speeds most of the time and uses their cell phone while doing so, that the pot calling the kettle black.
Unfortunately without video evidence she will just deny it and blame it on a blog that's hostile to Jake Day.
