Send all bills for damage to SPD and Mayor's office: 125 N. Division Street, Third Floor, Salisbury, MD 21801.
Let Jake Day, City Council and SPD pick up the tab instead of having YOUR insurance rates go up due to their negligence and failure to control criminal population!

What area of town
If your insurance covers this kind of damage (vandalism), then it is under the "comprehensive" part of your coverage. As that is coverage for damage that is no fault of your own, insurance companies cannot raise your rates for comprehensive claims, under Maryland insurance regulations. Without comprehensive, which is not required coverage unless the automobile is financed, vandalism is not covered, and the victim is left to make the repairs on their own. Sucks not to have insurance when you need it.
Crime's down though. Day doesn't have a clue on how to address issues like this. The boy needs to look in his drawers and see if he has any balls in them. Sby needs an honest hitter who has the honesty and the guts to say the truth about what and who is causing the crime. Someone like the President. Day never matured into a responsible adult as is proof by his only interests being in play baby things like silly festivals that is going to turn into a cluster and all from here will be sure and say TOLD YOU SO.

The shootings on Jackson Street Salisbury 8/13/17 there still has been no response to the residents from the SPD and they have repeatedly been requesting a response as to the investigation if there has been one. Also these were not bb shots they were real bullets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Probably all over town. Thugs like to travel and destroy. Spread their hate and distain for society.
When you have a 250 or 500 deductible insurance doesn't help much.

Seems like these thugs always come up around the Christmas parade time. Remember in December 2015 when they beat the hell out of that guy walking his dog on Camden Avenue. These roaming thugs can't be unknowns to the police but the SFP does NOTHING about them. No guts no glory no law and order.
One positive note. The Thug concert was CANCELLED for this weekend. Unfortunately its only 1 positive note!
10:46 in theory you are right but not in reality. They won't directly raise an individual's rates but will do it indirectly-to everyone. That's how it works. It's all smoke and mirrors designed to fool the masses. The Commission is in the pockets of the insurance companies via lobbyists. Don't be fooled. This is one of the reasons why auto insurance rates are so high in cities like Baltimore and urban areas and less in the more rural areas. I remember years ago when residents in Baltimore city would register their vehicles at relatives houses outside the city because the insurance rates were considerably less. It was also less to insure the car in Wor Co then in AA Co also.
Salisbury is an armpit and I feel sorry for the good citizen who have to live there. Boycott and get out if you can!!! Ray!!!
Ray we are fine in Salisbury. Thanks for your concern, these things happen in EVERY City and Town. Unruly youth with non-instructive parenting that allow their baby thugs to run free. They are stupid kids and will post something on social media and get caught shortly.
Senseless nuisance crime. It picks away at everyone's tolerance and resolve and then someone gets hurt either protecting their property or plugging the perp and then it all gets blown into some sort of racist BS. All this needs to stop here. Good people really have had enough.

This crime needs to stop . Instead of sleeping their wrist and letting them go after they spend money on a lawyer do something about it. I believe this kind of behavior are based on drugs but no one seems to want to do anything.

More of the damage was in the Princeton homes area where all the thugs live.
Watch for insurance rates to rise in the Salisbury area in the near future. Any time the ins co loses money they request permission from the state commissioner to raise rates. WHY they lost money is not an issue.

10:46 - One of our cars was hit while parked at our home. Our insurance didn't have to pay a dime, but they raised our rates A LOT. When I called, I was told it is now legal for insurance companies to raise rates even if the accident was not your fault. WHO in the world thinks this is OK?
if jake day and spd would go after and get rid of all of the gangs in salisbury the crime rate would go down. and alot of these kind of things would not happen.but jake day does not want to offend his "minority"voters and lose his section 8 kick backs.
