The incident occurred at a Senate ceremonial swearing-in in January 2015, where the then-vice president – who has become known for his inappropriate touching of female youngsters – visibly groped numerous children as he posed for photos with various lawmakers.
Biden’s creepy behavior is under renewed scrutiny as he’s thrown out the prospect of challenging President Donald Trump in 2020, and as new reports claim the former VP has in the past engaged in “Weinstein-level groping.”

Seems like Biden may be as bad as Bush. When I first heard about the Bush accusation I thought, "Well, he is an old man and in a wheelchair and probably on all types of medications." I don't know why I was even justifying his behavior to myself. Now he has eight people who have come forward.
As for Biden, I have thought for years that he was a creepy old man. He would just casually reach over a woman's shoulder and his hand would end up on her breast. I don't blame Sessions for slapping his hand away. I have seen several pictures where he is touching women inappropriately.
