My mom had breast cancer and survived... so cudos for all the things they do.
BUT.. my dad has Prostate cancer, and I myself am being monitored for it. So many men die from prostate cancer, but it goes under another definition, as it spreads before it's caught, and men may die of Say liver cancer that spread from prostate cancer. And it's listed as death from liver cancer. It's really wrong.
How many people know Sept., was National Prostate Cancer Awareness month? Any Sports players wear Blue shoes, politicians make note of it? Anyone wear or see a blue t-shirt noting it?... Blue...Color for prostate cancer? Hear of any fundraisers?
SAD!
