Hopefully, the people at the folk festival have half a brain and don't come to Salisbury.
She orchestrated those 15 second snippet idiotic promo commercials for shows. She has a Vimeo channel and a personal web page that shows them all.
Personally I would be embarrassed by it all. I don't think it is something to shout about. But than I don't work in the lala land environment.
Her biggest claim to fame is MTV, which I am not sure how that correlates to running a folk festival. MTV? Funny how that was excluded from the Bio.

Again Jake day your time is coming and your legacy will be one of absolute lies and deceit. If you're even able to get this national folk festival to follow through and not bail out on you I'll give it 2018 and that's it. They obviously haven't been able to see through your garbage but Salisbury's trend of "urban" youth lifestyle and your unwillingness to deal with it will co.e back and bite you in the ass. Remember you're relying on a city police force you turned your back on and sold out. I doubt very seriously they will do anything to ensure security success at your folk festival

Even if she wrote stupid snippets, she would be listed on IMDb. They keep track of all productions and if you get a check from a production, you're listed. Even if you're an unpaid PA, you're listed. Production crew lists are handed off to IMDb to be input. They don't just put people on there for fun! It's a way of tracking people who make claims they worked on productions.
Anyone can also make a reel if they know how to download YouTube videos and then edit the videos into a reel. Vimeo doesn't check to make sure reels are legit. You can post anything like YouTube.

Yes, Kelly is in taped in New York not Los Angeles. They also have an in-house production crew. The CBS complex in NYC doesn't need to tap an LA Crew. Caroline O'Hare is also not in WGA. Writers Guild Association. If you write for TV or Film and you have the credits she claims, you would be a member because it makes getting writing gigs much easier. Jake really vetted this one well, didn't he?

As a parent of a student at WDS, I can say firsthand that Caroline's leadership was horrible. She seemed reluctant..if not scared to speak with parents, made no efforts to engage or involve parents in the day to day process and showed absolutely no qualities of an effective leader. To say she lead a communications updating is utterly laughable, if not an outright lie. I recall one instance where the school was briefly on lockdown due to some activity around the school...there was no mention of it in any way shape or form...I overheard a few parents discussing it. She was there two years...and only because going into her first year the school had an unexpected vacancy at the headmaster position and were desperate to fill it. (It helps if you're buddy-buddy with the owner I reckon!)
Anyway--throughout her 2 years it was painfully clear that Caroline is just flat out awkward around people and the complete opposite of approachable. The best part of all of this, and the last straw for me personally, was the 2016 holiday performance that takes place at a large, local church. The story of Christmas was pretty much edited out in favor of "Christmas around the world" where we learned all about the Chinese New Year (not even in the same month as Christmas), Buddhism, and other secular garbage while making a mockery of Christmas. The play featured crude humor (mentions of thongs and 'bush'...an attempt at humor when taking us to Australia), and belching directly into the microphone. Yes---a 'worldly', superficial cultural warrior mindset overtook an event that caters to an overwhelming (I'd guess at least 85%) Christian group.
Did I mention politics? Caroline was wandering the halls of the school with a safety pin after the elections until administration basically verbally bitch slapped her into leaving her politics at home. Mrs. O'hare was more interested in collecting a check and advancing her politics than running a private educational institution which--for many parents, is the exact reason why we send our kids there--to avoid such social poisoning.
It's pitiful that she clings to her "job" with MTV in her personal profile. She's a failed hollywood nobody drifting from job to job with no real skills to contribute other than her social warriorhood...come to think of it, I recall one afternoon getting my haircut downtown and wondering what all the noise was about. Turns out, it was the same day of the "pussy parade" at the local courthouse steps...covered extensively by this very news outlet. Guess who was there happy as a clam?
Admittedly, I know NOTHING about the IMDb criteria, but I'd guarantee you she is a member of LGBTQ force.
