In the water.

Cheap! For an island. Must be because of its location in Maryland waters.

Uh, I'm a little short. Can I get a loan for oh say around $2.9 mil?

Jake Day has put in a bid on behalf of the City of Salisbury. Gillis-Gilkerson is about halfway done with the proposed Sec. 8 housing project blueprints.

Who is the Realtor?

Agree. There are several private islands behind OC and the moron tourists in their rental pontoon boats drive them into the banks then trample the dune grass down exploring. There are no trespassing signs all over but they are ignored. July 5th I went by one and some tourist had left their empty beer bottles and trash all over the shoreline and the seagulls were spreading it all over. Marine police could arrest trespassers all day long but they do nothing. If I were the property owner I'd be furious.

You can really bash the tourists, since you advertise for them to come there and they support an economy of service employees 10 out of 12 months a year.
