Judge Andrew Napolitano said today that Donald Trump Jr., Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner should "say nothing" if they testify under oath before Congress.
Napolitano said all three must be careful to avoid incriminating themselves, since they're "in the crosshairs" of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation.
He also stressed that the hearings should be public because the public has a right to know what's happening.
"I am offended when these hearings take place in secret. Because democracy dies in darkness.."
