Here's part of the crime problem in Salisbury. The defendant gets off with just 25 years.....Which means he could possibly get out in 8 to 10. Where's the deterrent. I want to know who the judge was. I don't care the defendant pled guilty. The fact of the matter is he premeditated the murder of another human being. Minimum 40 to life with no parole before 40 years. I hope people wake up and let our States Attorney know this is completely unacceptable.
You know, I don't give a shit if they're white or black, you take an innocent life, or take a life period, you pay for it with yours. An eye for an eye. There's no deterrence anymore. Now tax payers have to pick up the tab for this POS

Gun shot to the head... so when I'm 45 I really need to pay attention to who is getting out of prision for FIRST DEGREE murder... unreal. If he was white he would have served life without.
