The former FBI director conveniently became much more "honest" after he got fired.
James Comey: the man who always tries to have it both ways, and sometimes succeeds.
The former FBI director's testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday was a feast of contradiction and self-serving showmanship.
Comey said he felt uncomfortable with the president's pressure to drop an investigation into Michael Flynn, Trump's first national security adviser. So uncomfortable that he wrote memos after conversations with the president, to record what was said by whom. But Comey kept all of this information closely held until he was fired and never tried to challenge the president directly in these conversations. So just how uncomfortable was he?

Good article. Comey explained he was "stunned" by some of Trump's remarks. He was the director of the FBI for crying out loud. He should have gone to his superior, the AG, straight away. By not coming forward right away tells me he didn't think any of it was too wrong. Typical that his mindset later was to get it "leaked" to MSM. I would think someone with his background would know better. I was also appalled at Chuck Schumer's response; is this guy serious?
James fired for how he handled clinton email criminal investigation. He admitted how he handled it to the press was wrong. His ego messed with his success. Could have gone away quietly but He will be formally investigated now....
The AG? You mean the dude that's buddy buddy with Trump? It would have ended with his firing anyway but when you have a known racist as second in command to Trump what are his options. Keep drinking the orange punch

He has been called a racist by the left liberals; it doesn't make him a "known racist" just because someone uttered the word. Orange punch? Better than being led by an absolute criminal, which was the other choice in the election that HE WON!! Suck it up, cupcake, your candidate lost & is a loser in much more than that!
