MD and DE lost money that weekend. Many people chose to stay home rather than travel the gauntlet of revenue collectors.

Need this type of enforcement constantly on Route 50 from Cambridge to OC - both sides.

Speaking of sides - Route 50 bypass around Salisbury is not where I care to be Friday-Sunday this Summer, with the redo of those overpasses near the stadium. Gonna be on heck of a mess with one lane both ways - yuck!
