One week after the end of the legislative session. Governor Larry Hogan is signing more bills today.
Hogan, Speaker Mike Busch and Senate President Mike Miller will sign around 200 bills today.
Among them a measure to alter the definition of sexual abuse to include human trafficking.
There are several bills related to sexual assault victims, including one that no longer requires a victim to resist their attacker in order for a sexual assault charge to be filed.
A tax credit the governor has backed is getting signed into law today.
