This will never happen because ultimately the Democrats would be hurting Hispanics, who are a major Democratic Party voting block, whether they be legal or illegal.
The Maryland General Assembly has been trying to impose sales tax on services such as landscaping and accounting for years.
Not that it would break me at my age, but if they were to go after prostitution will it be honor system or drones watching? You know they would want part of the action (no pun).
