Mike Rowe blasts Nordstrom for selling $425 'fake mud' jeans
Mike Rowe believes Nordstrom is just the latest enemy combatant waging a "war on work" in the United States.
Rowe, of "Dirty Jobs" fame, blasted the high-end clothing retailer for selling a pair of extra distressed jeans, caked in fake mud for the unreasonably high price of $425.
"Finally - a pair of jeans that look like they have been worn by someone with a dirty job…made for people who don't. And you can have your very own pair for just $425.00," he wrote on a Facebook post that was shared thousands of times.

If your hands don't match the jeans, you're a poser. It reminds me of Calvin Klein's fake cowboy look.
Good for Nordstrom if there is anybody stupid enough to pay $425 for a pair of jeans screw them they get what they deserve and I'm sure they are also so stupid they won't even realize people are laughing at them.
Yet women will spend a couple hundred dollars for a handbag that looks like a two thousand dollar bag.
Until our jobs come back home, this is all we have. Keep up the good work, Mr. Trump! We're starting to feel it already. Can't wait until you get a year or two of this under OUR belts!!!
Libtard attire what do you expect. They produce nothing and seek safe zones. Cowards pure and simple
It's like muscle implants.
Then Avanka 16 years of Trumps sounds good to me.
Send your unmarked jeans to me and I'll return them looking like this for the paltry sum of $160, shipping included.
almost as stupid as buying jeans with deliberate rips and tears in them. Dumb Dumb Dumb. You people look like hell wearing those type of jeans.
Those jeans, along with a pair of pre-worn work boots, will be the latest fashion trend. But don't forget to wear them around your anus and have your boot strings untied and loose at the top. That shows that you are a real working man/woman/person/thing.
$425 to pretend to look like you "work". That's a definition of a psychological problem. Go live under a bridge if you want to look like that in public.
I am going to market a jar of "Cream", for the purchasers of these jeans. The jars will have cleaned, sterilized mud to put on their hands and look like they have been working hard. I will sell each jar for $100, and make millions!
A fool and his money are soon parted...
