WASHINGTON — The lawyer for one of the defendants in the reported rape of a 14-year-old Rockville high school student says there are text messages indicating the sexual encounter was consensual and that charges in the case should be dropped.
Andrew Jezic, the attorney representing 18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian, has previously said what happened in the boy’s bathroom at Rockville High School March 16th was consensual.
Now, he says, texts and photos sent from the girl to the second defendant, 17-year-old Jose Montano, will show that all three teenagers were willing participants.
“It’s very clear that there were explicit text messages sent between the young lady and the 17-year-old defendant the night before, planning this type of encounter in the school the very morning that this happened,” he said.

MD law states the youngest age for consensual sex is 15yrs old. Nobody has talked about this. But 15 yrs old means 15 yrs old. Just like illegal means illegal. What is so hard to understand?

And people wonder why lawyers are the most vile creatures in our jurisprudence! Defending your client doesn't mean re-victimizing a victim for sport. They raped her. They should be castrated and deported.
