BREAKING UPDATE On Delaware Emergency Response Situation

We've just been informed that there's a hostage situation at the Smyrna Detention Center and that an e-mail was sent around to ALL Delaware Law Enforcement Agencies as an advisory about the situation. Many units have responded throughout the state.

It is rumored a fire may have taken place but there's no confirmation.
