Of course they called in Troopers they are the only police that can slove a freaking crime around here. Sad they will come in and if they can not solve it it will FPD fault of course. By assisting you mean FPD will fetch them coffee or dumpster dive for them. There is enough crime here on the shore that local police need their own homicide unit. I never realized all troopers are obviously smarter than all the OTHER police, till Mike Lewis showed up and Babs Duncan started padding stats.
Local cops should be pissed.
They lowered the standard for Troopers too years ago.
*yawn*
Get back on the highway, troop. Cars are speeding.
MSP has murder investigation teams that do the job full time. They're good at what they do and have the training, equipment and other resources to do it, all things that small jurisdictions can't justify having.
It wouldn't make any sense for the Fruitland PD to have homicide investigators which is actually a good thing. The tax payers pay a great deal of money to train the state for areas such as Fruitland that has a low murder rate.
Is the 100 block near the Police Dept. on South Division St.?
I'm so thankful for all of our LEOs, emergency personnel and first responders. We really don't know how good we have it!!!!!!
i.e., Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, northside Miami, Los Angeles (north/south/east/west), Texas borders and many many others.
I guess if one believes they are better than someone they are NOT. Sorry cops come in all shapes and sizes. I am sure the locals could scrounge a good detective up if the had to WTF. Ego is what MSP brings to the table.
The 100 block of S Div St would be where the tax service business is located. Can't imagine an open grave there. Maybe S Div St Salisbury up near the pond.
The body was buried . 9:28 are you MSP Homicide lol
