I was listening to the radio today and the clown in charge of Engine 16 stopped at an MVC with no injuries and they weren't even dispatched. Then he requested "Assistant Chief I" to respond and direct traffic. An Assistant Chief making $75,000 directing traffic on a call they weren't even dispatched on. A person making $75,000 per year driving a $100,000 Chiefs SUV directing traffic for a call they weren't even dispatched for. Wait! Directing traffic? Isn't that the job of the Salisbury Police Department?? He should start being called "FP I" for Fire Police I or just call him Shell Brinson. Yeah Shell Brinson for FP I.; December 13, 2016 at 1:07 AM
