I figured it would be just a matter of time before the new building is trashed. So glad my kids are no longer in this prison of a school. All glass and steel, but no warmth or character.
According to both my sons, fights were a daily occurrence there. A least I could afford to send them to private school during their elementary school years. When tuition became too high, I had no other choice but to send them to public school.
At least they had a good christian foundation and were way ahead of the other kids when they started going to the public school. I knew I could not protect them forever. When I become a grand parent one day, I hope they don't end up in the public school system! If possible, I will help towards the tuition. No child should be subjected to what my kids had to go through on a daily basis. Especially at JMB during their high school years.

welcome to the ghetto, also known as da BURY. A special thanks goes out to the Mayor, City Council, and all of the police officers making this town a very special place. Any chance of getting riot gear for the students actually wanting to learn.
