CUMBERLAND, Md. (AP) — A former volunteer high-school track coach won’t serve any jail time for having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.
Twenty-two-year-old Allen Kifer Jr. was granted probation before judgment Tuesday after pleading guilty to fourth-degree sex offense involving a member of the team at Fort Hill High School in Cumberland.
Kifer can apply to have the conviction expunged if he successfully completes 12 months of unsupervised probation.

A twenty two year old and a 15 year old, in western MD, well that just usually means they have to get married, out there. Her dad shows up with the shotgun, and that's that.
