The investigation started when ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) investigators noticed a subject downloading known videos of child pornography via a peer-to-peer network. Investigators were able to determine what residence had downloaded the child pornography and a search and seizure warrant was executed on the residence. Investigators seized numerous electronics and a forensic examination was completed showing numerous images/videos of child pornography. Investigators were able to determine Donald Fuller was the suspect involved and admitted to doing so during an interview. Fuller was taken before a Talbot County Commissioner who released him pending trial. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
The Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division, Upper Shore Region, is comprised of investigators assigned to the region. The region consists of Kent, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Caroline and Dorchester Counties. Troopers assigned to the unit investigate the most serious and/or time consuming crimes while also providing investigative support to allied agencies in and throughout this area.
CED Upper Shore is a member of the Maryland Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC). The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program (ICAC) helps state and local law enforcement agencies develop an effective response to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children. This support encompasses forensic and investigative components, training and technical assistance, victim services, prevention and community education.

Exactly the shirt is a dead giveaway. Why does the Maryland State Police put out a press release that 95% about them and not the crime. Nobody gives a rats ass about what counties you guys are in. I guess Mike Lewis got it honest. Sickening

I would say something sarcastic about this guy, but the charges and his shirt make me have second thoughts about doing that. He will get harassed enough in prison
