Perhaps worried she wasn't going to receive many good wishes from anywhere else, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton decided to wish herself a happy birthday, while proclaiming she would be the first woman president.
'Happy birthday to this future president,' read a tweet posted at 9 a.m. this morning.
The reaction on social media was swift with people questioning whether Secretary Clinton realized that by tweeting from her account she was effectively congratulating herself.
Others called her 'weird', while one follower demanded she fire the campaign's social media manager for such a basic faux pas.

The entire election season has been weird.
Very strange, even bizarre would describe the process.
P.i.g she is.
Correction: future inmate. Hey Hillary, go tweet yourself.
Did she erase her tweet after words.
When wishing someone a happy birthday, "and many more" is often added to the greeting. I can't bring myself to do either in this case.
She posed in her apartment, which looked like a Martha Stewart catalog, in a "surprise" party where her outfit was color coordinated with the cake. Nothing spontaneous. Everything is planned and plotted, packaged and sold down to the smallest detail. Next years cake will have a file baked in it.
She has gone mad as in crazy. Remember, she can't remember she does things (especially if they are wrong things!).
I think her mind is scrambled she seems senile sometimes and her creepy facial expressions are also unnerving. If you put her next to Donald she seems messed up and they are similar in age.
Twitters shates are super low too....
