The owner probably would not be "shocked" if the bike were stolen.
The freshmen have arrived!!!! They will learn that they are in Salisbury, MD and will replace that with cable and a pad lock shortly!!!!!
That bike is already gone, look for it on the west side!
And the slumlords are all ready for them with 1600$ month for rent normal people can't afford to pay that just think if the college wasn't here do you think the slumlords would get the rent prices there asking around here I don't not to many people around here can
