Six refugees are suing a Pennsylvania school district, claiming they were dumped in a disciplinary school and are being denied access to a quality education.
The students, who range in age from 17 to 21, are from Somalia, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Burma.
They had hoped to enter McCaskey High School in Lancaster, Pa., but were sent to Phoenix Academy, an alternative high school for “underachieving” students in the district.
The refugee students, who are being represented by the Pennsylvania branch of the American Civil Liberties Union, also claim to have been “traumatized” by security measures at Phoenix Academy, including pat-downs and property searches.
“[The] Plaintiffs are refugees who have fled war, violence, and persecution from their native countries,” the lawsuit says. “Having finally escaped their turbulent environment to resettle in America, these young immigrants yearn to learn English and get an education so they can make a life for themselves.”

I guess they expect the schools to put a 21 yr old in with teens that are 14? I would bet that the school they are in is 100% better than the one they used to attend. If they don't like the free ride they are getting they are free to go back to where they came from.
what you deserve is to have your freeloading behinds put on a plane and parachuted right back to the land your but came from!
Send all of them back to where they came from.
They don't give a s--- about anyone but themselves.
I wonder if Mr Trump has a plan for dealing with these obnoxious jerks from the ACLU.
I hope he does. Frivolous lawsuits and intimidating letters. It needs to STOP.
They probably cant speak any English so they get sent to the special school.
When I was serving in Kenya, elementary aged children had to walk 10+ miles in desert to get to school. Their journey could easily take them past dangerous animals and violently running rivers during the rainy season. When they arrived, they had to fight to share a few books in a class of 100 students. I promise that *anything* these students have access to is a lot better than what they had access to in their home countries.
These people never used toilets before they came here and you think you can "assimilate" them in a public school? Half of them have no proof of age and could be grovwn men in school with girls. When will the Muzzy invasion stop? If free school is not good enough, nothing is stopping them from enrolling in a private Islamic school!Oh no,that is not free so they don't want it.
