Seems to me it should be first degree since he premeditated shooting at the person he was aiming at. Being a bad shot shouldn't get him off of first degree and shooting into a crowd of 200 should give him 200 attempted second-degree murders
He doesn't look very happy.
Wouldn't want to come across him in a dark alley.
But he was a good kid. He was going to college.
