Rental boat?
This would be the second such incident in 2 weeks.
Passengers on the pontoon fall off the front to of the boat then get run over.
Only takes a second to cover that much ground at speed.
When on a pontoon underway make sure everyone is behind the gate..
If I operate a boat I need to take a boating course. Do people who rent boats / wave runners do they any education or training on how to operate a water vehicle?

8:16 they give you a quick course on the rules, which is basically to say you were told. still no brainer for most.
I agree with all the comments above relating to rental boats however I haven't seen any confirmation that this was a rental boat that the child fell from
