An ethics complaint has beenfiled by a George Washington University law professor against Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, asking the Maryland Bar Association to disbar her because of misconduct in her ill-fated indictment and prosecution of six police officers in the Freddie Gray case.
The complaint calls for an investigation into Mosby’s conduct connected with her prosecution of the cases on several grounds, including:
that she did not have probably cause to believe that there was sufficient admissible evidence to support a conviction of the officers;
that she made public statements regarding the case which were false;
that she improperly withheld evidence from the defense that was exculpatory;
that she continued to prosecute cases after the judge assigned to hear the cases found insufficient evidence to support a conviction;
that she engaged in conduct that was dishonest, fraudulent, deceitful and which misrepresented the facts in the case.

She lied about the knife being legal. She lied about the Baltimore Sheriff's Dept doing an investigation. She lied about the ME first saying she thought it was an accident Initially she never mentioned rough ride but when it became apparent she couldn't prove murder she lied and said Officer Goodson took Gray on a rough ride. Judge Williams called her out on that lie. She's a liar and what is absolutely disgraceful is that the NAACP still supports her. What absolute filth must belong to that organization. They wonder why black youth don't value life and are killing each other off in record numbers. They need to look no further than a mirror! They have no morals! When you don't value honesty which is the basic pillar of a civil society, society becomes chaotic. So blacks tomorrow when you go to your fake churches and commit sin by pretending to be Christians just remember how no one is speaking against the NAACP. That is a sin and God hates it. And also remember God knows and He doesn't like what is in your hearts. He hates their ugliness and lies and lack of any morals. Oh no he doesn't and His wrath will continue until blacks change their evil ways and get back to Him in a real way. God hates fakes. And you can't fool Him!

Just some honest mistakes right? Guess who isn't being considered for a Maryland judgeship.
Also her and the Mayor should be held accountable for and reimburse the tax payer for the millions of dollars in settlement to the Gray family before the trials began and the Officers found guilty. That was the basis for the lawsuit and illegal / improper payout.
Please remember, her life matters.
