Yeah, that looks like a big load to me.
the sad part is that he's probably dressed like a normal person underneath that garbage. i had it explained to me while i working at the jail. they wear boxers, then shorts, then bigger shorts, then oversized pants. it doesn't make sense to them any more than it does to you, but they have to be judged by their peers to fit in with a message that they don't care about what anybody thinks, but their own kind. this is the norm and shows just how much our society has deteriorated. it's not like he had a father to raise him. mothers always say to pull up your pants and that's who raised them so that's who they are rebelling against. this is what you get when there isn't a father around to instill good values and proper social etiquette into young men these days.
