Swarms of police, including a SWAT team, have surrounded the restaurant and police spokesman T.J. Smith said negotiators are trying to resolve the barricade peacefully and quickly.
"Our ultimate goal is end this peacefully for all parties," Smith said at a news conference.

It's unbelievably dangerous
This is in Pigtown section. A lot of people might remember the old Montgomery Wards on Monroe St. This is right there. The area today is a haven for drug dealers and prostitution. The neighbors have trouble with the street walkers urinating and defecating in their yards and in the alley ways. Used needles and condoms litter the streets.
Send in an exploding robot, and save them!

Sound good 4:28 but if he's black you know the blacks in Baltimore will get themselves all riled up and start "protesting." And we all know when they get in groups like that they have no impulse control and will start looting, pillaging and burning. I really feel sorry for those in the black communities who are good honest law biding productive citizens-those like Dr Ben Carson and Sheriff David Clarke for example. They have to be so ashamed of how a lot in the black race are acting.
I am sure the hostage taker raped that 7 year old, she is fine!
