Katie Couric apologized and accepted responsibility for misrepresenting gun rights activists in her upcoming documentary “Under the Gun,” Monday.
“I take responsibility for a decision that misrepresented an exchange I had with members of the Virginia Citizens Defense League,” Couric said in a statement.

Dave T: I always liked Katie Couric until this. It's one thing to prove someone wrong with facts in an honest open debate. It's another to change the appearance of things in an attempt to manipulate viewers into taking your side because you can't win on the facts. I'm appalled and shocked to see such an established member of the media abusing her position to sway the American people. Shame on you Katie for behaving like this. I thought you were better than that.
She is, and always has been, a liberal p.o.s. I never liked her. CBS way over paid her for the evening news. I am glad she is gone from there.

The media , including Couric will do anything to get big news . They ALL lie and smear the truth. Having said that , don't believe the media including FOX all the time. Get your facts through methods that are true. By the way , Snopes is not the best source of the truth , they are in big trouble with the law now including fraud.
