This needs to be APPROVED the illegal trucks in Delaware is ridiculous.
Hopefully thy will learn how to operate an "OPEN" & "CLOSED sign better than they do now. Don't know how many times trucks merge overin traffic only to have the gate closed when the sign said OPEN! Then the truck has to try to get back on 13 with out any merge room creating a danger!!
approve this asap
I agree. As a truck driver,i'm surprised the state hasn't done this yet. They really could move a little north to accomidate even a bigger inspection and scale operation. You would be surprised the number of trucks out here that really shouldn't be onthe road. Makes me glad I work for a company that replaces their equipment every 5yrs. That being said, even a brand new truck could have issues. I want safe roads and safe drivers. I hope that hearing is positive for this. They really need to be updated.
Fix it to make it safer. Period. Truckers, attend to give your opinions.
It's called the good ole boys network ask the Bury.
Great idea.
The people in Chestnut Hill Community don't like a larger station invading their development. Probably noise issues. I heard about this accidentally at a yard sale in the community on Saturday.
Their are always different concerns, aren't there?
The commander of the transportation enforcement for the state police was hell bent on shutting them down and moving to portable scales. Pulling trucks on the road. Wonder what's happened.
