Still don't see that state troopers name that wrecked his truck on superbowl weekend while intoxicated. Oh, I forgot, the police cover for each other. That makes me sick. Why should these folks lose there license and the state trooper is still driving a police car around giving others tickets for DUI, where is the equal justice for all?

11:10 - Conspiracy abounds - no report of an arrest on 2/7 in the report for 4/29 to 5/6. An obvious cover up. No equal justice at all. Bet all the folks cited during the rest of Feb, all of March, and the first 28 days in April are in on it too. Let's get a class action lawsuit going on this. Oh, be careful not to spill the coke from the drive through in your lap or you'll have another suit.

I don't quite remember where that accident took place but I thought it was in Somerset County wasn't it? This information is from the Salisbury barrack. If it happened in Somerset County wouldn't that be under the Princess Anne barrack?

so why dont you call the msp and ask them? FOIA?

Anonymous said...

There is NO FOIA because there were no charges, get it now? Just admit it, it was absolutely wrong to not charge a trooper that was obviously driving drunk and got caught.

I was looking to see if John Drury Bragg got arrested again. Oh Wait! He got off on his last DWI!

Way to Go Salisbury Firemen. You guys get off all the time. If you are a Farmen in da 'Bury you can drink and drive in Wicomico County.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR:

Mr. Albero here is the latest information on this case involving the former Salisbury Fire Department Assistant Chief who got fired and his buddy Jim Ireton forced the fire chief to hire him back. How in the world did this man get off on all of these serious charges. This man was so drunk he couldn't walk much less drive. He was all over the road and could have run over anyone or their children. He was obviously driving on the wrong side of the road and was a head on collision waiting to happen.

And to top this off this drunk fireman has been seen back in Mojo's numerous times since his encounter with the Maryland State Police.

You really should do a follow up story on this as this is something the public and MADD should know about. Who let this dangerous drunk off the hook Scott Free. This drunk is going to kill someone. This DRUNK had 5 serious charges on him and should have lost his license like everyone else. This guy didn't even get a slap on the wrist and should be exposed for it. Does anyone know the story on this case??
