the US government already has paid them off, gave them land and also immunity to do as they please.
Remember this genocide and theft was all done under the guise of "Manifest Destiny", by Good Christians.
Doesn't really make sense.
If you think about it who gave the "natives" the land in the first place. Who said they owned this country?? Who did they buy it from? Who gave them the authority to claim the entire U.S. Territory.
