Even the most fragile of black lives don't matter to their own.
That dread locked thug would have just as soon killed his 6 week old son(He thinks. Mommy's Baby, Daddy's Maybe. They don't care who they kill and more and more I see black thugs with dread locks it proves to me that dread locks are trouble.
