Hillary Clinton always refers to the FBI investigation of her illicit email server as a “security review.”
If that’s the case, the Justice Department would have no problem complying with Freedom Of Information Act requests on the matter.
About that...
Fox News reports:
Judge Andrew Napolitano explained on "Fox and Friends" this morning that the Justice Department declined to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request related to the investigation because it involves "a law enforcement matter."
"We now know that it's not a 'security review,'" Judge Napolitano said.
He explained that whether it was intentional or inadvertent, the Justice Department has now publicly recognized the criminal nature of the investigation.
"This is the first time the Justice Department has acknowledged this is a federal law enforcement matter. But I doubt Mrs. Clinton will start saying that."

Soooo WHERE are the arrests ?
Now that trump has Won, Obama will tell the FBI to proceed to drag Hillary in so Bernie can take on trump ,watch.
This is the core corruption Trump supporters are sick of and revolting against. There's a reason Trump's message is resounding to the masses, and this is it at the core.
To allow Hillary to keep up her "campaign" is just plain treasonous and an appalling injustice to the American People.
I am waiting for the day she goes to prison, and it should be well before election day.
Trump can beat either her or Sanders hands down, but to even allow Clinton in the running is beyond belief. At least Sanders isn't in jepardy for a prison sentence!
Hillary for Prison 2016
Lock her up!!!
As I said months ago, the FBI doesn't do "security reviews", it does law enforcement.
Hillary For Prison NOW!!!
