A lot of people have brought up the fact that they won't vote for Trump if he's the eventual nominee.
I just want to put something into perspective:
Justice Scalia's seat is vacant. Ginsberg is 82 years old, Kennedy is 79, Breyer is 77, and Thomas is 67. Nowadays, the data shows that the average age of a Supreme Court retirement or death occurs after 75.
These are 5 vacancies that will likely come up over the next 4-8 years. The next President will have the power to potentially create a 7-2 Supreme Court skewed in their ideology.
Think about that ... 7-2. If the next President appoints 5 young justices, it will guarantee control of the Supreme Court for an entire generation. And 7-2 decisions will hold up much more over time than 5-4 decisions which are deemed to be lacking in mandate.
Hillary has made it clear she will use the Supreme Court to go after the 2nd Amendment. She has literally said that the Supreme Court was wrong in its Heller decision and that the Court should overturn and remove the individual right to keep and bear arms. Period.
Everyone declaring that they won't vote for a particular candidate, if he turns out to be the GOP nominee, please realize this:
If Hillary Clinton wins and thus gets to make these appointments, you surely will never see another Conservative victory at the Supreme Court for the rest of your life. Ever.

It really doesn't matter if Hillary wins or Trump wins. Either way there will be a civil up-rising of a large magnitude . If Hillary wins the Tea Party and the gun owners will rise up with a vengeance ,
this is about 60,000,000 gun owners. If Trump wins , the blacks will start a civil war with the whites , this will be the end of black lives matter forever. Either way , get ready folks , it's a commin , you scared yet? You should be!

The unions won yesterday at court because of a 4-4 tie that Scalia would have broken. Still think it is a good idea to have that seat vacant?
Now it is perfectly legal to force non union workers to pay union dues.
This is all nice to know but maybe the advice should be given to Trump to stop insulting people, start looking and sounding presidential. I am not against all he wants to do but I don't like his delivery and I am on the fence about voting for him because I don't like him as a human being. I think he doesn't think he needs to change and his supporters continually dismiss and make excuses for his behavior....I have seen really bad parents make excuses for their kids and that doesn't usually turn out well. So instead of telling all voters on the fence about the gloom and doom if we don't vote for him tell the candidate to become more appealing or his supporters biggest fears will be a reality November.
Perhaps, and this seems that it might be a difficult concept for you to grasp, the majority American people don't see things your way. Perhaps they're capable of believing that liberal and progressive ideas are what they believe in and your "return things to the way they used to be" ideology will get us nowhere but left behind in the world. I'm all for a strong military but I don;t want you living next to me polishing your AR 15 assault rifle and loading up with armor piercing ammo so you'll be ready for the revolution. If the people vote for Hillary it means they want a liberal court and what goes with it.
