Jeb: 'If Hillary Broke the Law, She Should Be Prosecuted'

Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush told Newsmax TV Tuesday that he doubted whether Hillary Clinton would be indicted in the email scandal because "it's the most politicized attorney general and Department of Justice in a long while. I have doubts that they will do the right thing," Bush, who governed Florida from 1999 to 2007, told "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth. "I think the process should go forward, but at a minimum she is not telling the truth."

Don't like Jeb but agree if Hillary broke the law, like she has done so many times and continues to do, she should pay the price and should have been in prison long ago.

Jeb has a point even if he has no chance of winning this primary. His numbers are horrific, but I guess, weighing in on this is another way to attempt to resurrect his dead campaign. He's smearing other candidates, too. Relentless. Doesn't that 4.5% in last place mean anything to him?

She's above the law and the Justice department is a political criminal organization and will not prosecute her.
