A 35-year-old Richmond, Indiana man was arrested Friday after a Richmond Police Department investigation into a child molesting accusation.
Erasto Arcoz-Montejo of the 100 block of North 17th Street was arrested on probable cause Friday morning.
Arcoz-Montejo is accused of molesting a 4-year-old known to him on or near Nov. 4. The victim's mother contacted RPD about the alleged molestation, Britt said, and the Indiana Department of Child Services also became involved in the case.
The case was forwarded Friday to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, which was working with investigators to complete the charging affidavit Friday afternoon. The charging affidavit must be filed and approved by a judge for Arcoz-Montejo to be formally charged.
The affidavit must be filed within 48 hours of the arrest or Arcoz-Montejo or, if he hasn't already bonded out of jail, he would be released on his own recognizance.

And the question is, is the accused here illegally? And what happens if and when found guilty? Does he stay in jail for a number of months and then released to commit other crimes?
If he is Muslim, this is normal and not a crime.
Deport him in the morning, or, he could just resist...
"Richmond, Indiana man" my EYE!
This is no crime, the Koran says little children need "Man Love", and Mohamed did it to 8 year old girls and boys, so it's all good.
