New York City police officer shot and killed in East Harlem

New York Police Commissioner Bill Bratton says Officer Randolph Holder, 33, a five-year NYPD veteran, was shot and killed Tuesday night while responding to a report of shots fired and an armed robbery. Holder is the fourth NYPD officer to die in the line of duty in the past 11 months.

As member of USMC anybody who serves, rather its the country or their community deserves respect. This officer was somebody's son,brother, and friend. Im still serving and wiling to die to protect the freedoms, even for the insensitive comment you just made. And for the record police killings are up from last year.
