That's the LinkWorm virus. It probably auto-sent from her contact list after she was infected. It may be to late already but not accepting may cut down your risk. Delete it too.

I really doubt she has enough intelligence for a real MBA. And whatever impression she is trying to put out there, I'm sure the taxpayers paid for it.
