I truly hope this is just a joke!
This certainly shows how people will support the HildaBeast regardless of what she is planning....supporting a tax target to one group for the benefit of another group - would not pass constitutional muster...although our legislators and POSSCOTUS would pass / allow it....and with voters like these the legislators would continue to be reelected.
No unfortunately this guy goes out and asks opinions of college students all the time. Generally outrageous ideas people have not actually suggested. And these are our "best and brightest"! At least one realized he was on "Candid Camera"! Check out the one where kids could not name one of the "Bill of Rights"!
